LG PULL THRUS: $35 per day, $175 per week (100 ft)

MED PULL THRU: $30 per day, $145 per week (35ft)

BACK INS: $30 per day, $145 per week (50 ft)

SM PULL THRU / VANS ONLY NW: $27 day, $135 per week (20 ft, no waste, use dump station)

TENT CAMPING: $15 per person per day. $25 for two people in a two-person tent or vehicle.

​

DRY CAMPING: Only small campers and vans (not RVs) can dry camp in the tent areas. One vehicle, no trailers. Pay tent rates.

​

EXTRA PEOPLE / VEHICLES: we charge $5 dollars per day for each adult after 2 adults in an RV site and $5 dollars per day for every vehicle other than your RV and tow / towed vehicle. 

​

EV CHARGING: We have two 30amp EV charging stations in front of our lounge;  $15 per charge (click E-charge on booking page to book online). If you want to charge an EV while in a site, you can  click "E-charge" as an add on to your site fee.

 

All Site pedestals have 20/30/50 amp power.

REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS:

 

Bookings are fully refundable (minus 5% for processing fees / 5.5% for Paypal) if cancelled 30 days or more from your reservation. If cancelled within 30 days, you receive a 90% refund; within 7 days, a 50% refund; and within 48 hours of your reservation, no refund. Refund policy is for the entire booking and not pro-rated for days that are further out than the arrival date. So, for instance, if you book for three days and then cancel four days away from your arrival, you will receive a 50% refund for the entire booking.

There are no weather-related refund exceptions other than winter storm warnings (and Highway 90 closings) in the Transpecos region on days of check in.

​

Refunds for cancellations of changed reservations are based on the date of the original reservation.
